I mean How to Setup a lab with a High Speed Mobile data whose Ip doesn't quite look like the "192.168.1.102"..This Type..

I am a Noobie.. Who Try Basics.. So Trying WAN attacks with Mobile Data.. Thats The Problem i am Facing..

Please Let Me know if anyone knows How to Set up Lab with mobile data and not with WiFi..
