Forum Thread: How Do Hackers Run Malicious Websites?

I was wondering how hackers are able to run a website with some exploits so that they can scan the O.S. of the visitors to chek for vulnerabilities. Where do you take the exploits? Can all this work be done with kali linux?

You can start by learning javascript/php/ruby/whatever, then host a website using LAMP from a Virtual Machine and from there figure it out yourself. hint: google

They just simply run code on their website that infects your browser/computer.
