If so, do you think it (VEGA WEB SCANNER) is effective ?

Do you agree that the results of web scanning performed with "VEGA" are not false positives ???

ALL vulnerability scanners produce false positives.

You shouldn't rely on 1 single scanner to give you your answers. You should try a bunch of different programs, and test out some of the vulnerabilities. I recommend Nikto.
