1. Install VM Ware
2. Set up Kali VM on said VM Ware
3. Run Burp Suite

Don't bother for Windows. Windows will interfere with a lot of things.

:( ,don't like work with kali,i have tried several times play with kali in Virtualbox .it is freezing every times and mouse pointer is going everywhere .i can't control it .

Windows isn't open enough to hack on. You don't have to use Kali, but it is highly recommended. If the VM is giving you trouble, try booting off a USB.

well,can i update/upgrade kali while it is in usb ? like making backup as system image of windows can i make kali system image with all settings,updates etc for future use? is it possible?(because i have only one pen drive :( )
