Dose your p.c stucks up in between, or it restarts due to un compablity of system and your kali linux supporting features.Please tell in detail

I am sorry for the incomplete question so I will tell you about my problem briefly.I bought a new laptop with windows 8.1 genuine and then I tried to install kali linux older version by dual booting but it said:This program doesn't support windows 6.2.9200 SPO yet.what to do now..
