I've been looking around text-based browsers (for fun) and am trying to decipher which web browser is better. Can anybody give me their opinions or evidence of the better browser?

I'd been playing with these too once. I can't remember clearly because they were not what I was looking for, but I remember that W3M's first impression to me was sightly better than Lynx's one. I felt like the page was organized in a better way, however the difference was not too big. Oh, and W3M can load images, while Lynxs has text-to-speech.
I stopped using them after some minutes... see if they can be helpful to you!
