Well if you are going to be deploying a RAT to somewhere other than your home network, make sure you have permission to do so before you start attacking anyone. If not, make sure you at least hide yourself pretty well... Good luck!
Pre-built RATs are not all that good/trustworthy. I would recommend making your own.

I suggest you Crypt it first.
Use some application for serious virtual private networking, my advice, than release rat and restart your router immideately
