Forum Thread: Any Ways to Create a Reverse Shell Using the Command Prompt in Windows?

Following Scenario:

Your targets computer is unlocked and you're alone, but you didn't prepare a payload or a backdoor file. Is there any way to connect the targets computer to mine using the command prompt?

You could download and install netcat.

Use netcat, which you can get from here since you are on a Windows machine.

Edit: didn't see OTW's reply, I was probably fetching the links.

Quick google search shows this as a possible solution if you have a command prompt but not physical access, i.e you knew an ssh password. https://superuser.com/questions/59465/is-it-possible-to-download-using-the-windows-command-line might not be the best solution though :/
