Forum Thread: How to Clone Any Website?

Hey,

whilst trying to clone certain websites, I have found that the colour is off and the clone hasn't been successful. I have tried numerous ways of getting around this - all to no avail. For example, cloning the Facebook login page works fine, but trying to clone the page of say a web host, it doesn't work properly. I assume that there's some kind of security which makes certain pages hard to clone? I have tried saving the page, copy and pasting the source code into a notepad document and saving as a .html. I've also tried HTTrack and nothing works... the page looks broken. Will I have to create my own page that looks almost identical to the actual page in order for this to work? Any help would be appreciated.
