This is prolly a stupid question, so bare with me, I'm new. Say you stumble upon a website's configuration file and hit the jackpot. You get all the info on...well...how the website is configured. Ex:
DBNAME :
DBUSER :
DBPASSWORD :
DBHOST :
ect,ect,ect
But how would I go about using that info to gain access? I'm familiar with setting up wordpress sites, and this is a wordpress site, and I know where that info goes and how it works, I just don't know how I'm supposed to use it from outside the CPanel. Is there a way I can enter that info to connect directly using some other medium. I hope this question makes sense. If not I can try to explain different.

Connect to the mysql port, And enter credentials when prompted.
