So I just got a Nexus 6 and I installed Kali net hunter on it and now I'm wondering how to connect my wifi card to my Nexus. I have the correct TP-Link TL-WN722N wifi card. What else do I need to connect it to my phone? Thanks.

You need an OTG "on the go" cable. You can get them from ebay quiet cheaply. Once you have that you should be able to connect it to your nexus and from there you should be able to see it in kali with a ifconfig command. I hope this helps.
