This is pretty much a troll post. I was playing around in Kali light and decided to have some fun with the rm command.

Obviously you should NEVER do this, but the command is rm -r with the star operator.

After 20 seconds, my VM has become lifeless. A great prank if you have a backup, or if you just want to watch the world burn.

you need to add -f so it wont prompt you for being an idiot lol

I actually saw this news story about a joke that was a real experience where this guy owned a web hosting company and for some reason he added "rm -rf /" to his backup script so when the script ran it mounted his backup drives and wiped EVERYTHING. He had 150 customers and all of their websites and his company were deleted.
