I mean, if you sent a really large file to them it would take a while to download, if that's what you mean..?
It sounds like you are talking about a giant word file or something.
As for the question on DoSing a single target, one method is using hping. It would look something like this; hping3 --flood [TARGET].
As for 'using a thousand words', could you please elaborate?
