What do you mean "factory reset"?

If you mean make it just like when you got it, you would go to the original packaging, there was probably a disk version of your OS with it. Put that in, reinstall the OS and when it asks for formatting options, format the hard drive. I haven't tried it on my macbook (don't really want to) but I doubt it's too difficult once you find the CD.

Yeah, you should be fine once you boot from the CD you got with it. Make sure you back up files you want to keep, first!

Another great prank for my classmates who keeps on being like " uhhh you'r computer suugzzz cuzzz itzzz nuttzzzz macbookkzzz " -.-  xD :D

(translation: oh you'r computer sucks because it isn't macbook)

Edit: sorry... But my classmates all got macbook pro, and They believe that every other brand of computer sucks... I don't know why... But it's funny to prank them, When they leave their computer and you press "Control + option + command +8" makes their screen go inverted colors >:DD And then they make the most epic face Evar!!! :D

I had to type this in so it wasn't spam, but..

Wut
