Could you please rephrase your question to be more coherent? Also, check out this post on posting to Null Byte.
If someone hacks your email and changes the password, then you cannot get in.
The Windows 8/10 logins are directly connected to your email, as are most of the apps provided.
However if you have a second account on that computer, you could log on with it.
