How to use No-ip with hacking people from WAN

Um... have you've tried looking around? Besides, please more description in your question.

What you need to do is have the dns from noip point to the ip of your listener and in the ip of your payload put the dns

But you still need to port forward

This also wont help with being anonymous cuz by pinging the dns you get your ip it is only usefullif you have dynamic ip
