Hello.can somebody tell me is it possible to change someones homepage knowing their wireless password or their ip so when he launches google chrome or mozilla they get to my phishing page

From my understanding what you're looking for is a man in the middle attack, the only way is to play with their DNS service, which you can do using MySQL, they're plenty of tutorial on wonderhowto on that subject, just dig a little deeper .
