well i am not a pro but looks like something is wrong with your wifi adapter....try reinstalling kali or first check it on windows..so that you will find out whether it is your OS or hardware that is causing problem

Anyway thanks for your help!! I tried to connect my internet in my windows 10 it worked perfectly but while in Linux it's not connecting.. so I removed linux completely and while i reinstalling the Linux doesn't install .. it's very frustrating for me without Linux .. please someone help me!!
