Forum Thread: Is CHIP Worth Buying?

I'd like to gift my geeky brother a mini computer. A raspberry pi3/2 is out of my budget. I saw CHIP and Pi zero, which is a better option? I'd like some insights as I'm a noob. My budget is 15$.

I think you should buy pi zero.
Is powerful and smaller then 2/3.
But it needs really much attachments..
