I will be doing one soon. The limiting factor is the CPU. If it has an ARM CPU, you can install it on your phone.

If you really can't wait I got this one from the official Kali Linux website, but I didn't try it:http://www.kali.org/how-to/kali-linux-android-linux-deploy/
If you don't trust this link, just google "install kali on android", is one of the first.
However I'd recommend you to wait for the OTW how-to, his explanations are always very good.
i know you can install it on android and i know how but windows phone doesn't have the same apps as android
There is some confusion here. You wouldn't install Kali on android or windows as Kali is a operating system not an application.
I only have a windows phone available a lumina 365....help please help.....
