Hello people, I know this will sound "noobish", but how can I get backdoor .exe file to computer on my network? I was thinking I can do it through BeEF, but I don't know, how to open hooked page on that PC (I don't have physical access). That computer has an app which automatically syncs data with server (website). I can see it through MiTM. So how to get .exe to target PC to get meterpreter session?

You could use BeEF for some social engineering. Prompt the user for an update of some kind and instead have them download your malicious exe.

You'd have to launch the apache services and put the exe in the right place before prompting the user.

Yes, but that app I mentioned is automatically syncing data with server. What if I can't get the target to open hook website?

The Social Engineering Toolkit has some options for distributing an exe file. Personally I like this way but BeEF is growing on me.
