My keyboard presses the - key randomly.. Especially when I log in the password field is filled with - could it be a viruse?

Last thing to think about is a virus... Check another USB port and another keyboard first.
It's working fine with an external keyboard.. This only happens on Windows..
Uninstall the keyboard driver and then unplug it and plug it again.
Just a guess, but is the key maybe not releasing all the way up? try pulling up on the key lightly and see if it stops.
