So I recently gained interest in hacking so I made a live kali usb flash drive I installed kali and now I can't connect it will say it's connecting then all networks disappear in WiFi setting and come back a second later I've tried everything any suggestions on how to fix this

you can check this file /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf and edit this line:
keyfile
unmanaged-devices=interface-name:mon;
and remove the following ==> unmanaged ==> to managed
save&close
type service network-manager restart
I'll try to hopefully it works
My .conf looked nothing like that
In older versions of kali it does not support some network interface card which version of kali do you have?
If it is this problem you have to buy an external adapter.
