How to Remote Code Exploit Cisco Cam System

I have the IP for the cisco server and I want to be able to use http://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/24786/ but I do not know exactly how to execute the script. I am wanting to learn more how to use exploits not just recon and footprint.

I believe the version I found is the version listed here.

I believe that the module is a proof of concept, because it's not verified, so you won't be able to execute the script.

It is indeed a reference for some Proof of Concepts (correct me if I'm wrong), so you should read the code, understand it and try to write your own.

In case you don't know, a proof of concept (PoC) is a module that demonstrates a vulnerability.

To scan Cisco Systems for vulnerabilities, Kali Linux 1.0.9 has some cisco-scanners, as you can see at in this list of tools under vulnerability analysis.
