There are pretty articles here on NullByte, just type "social engineering" on the search box.
A lot of social engineering is the mindset. I would recommend the tutorials here but also tutorials on how to read people and body language, that is if you mean in person social engineering. If you want to learn the tools yes this site has tons of tutorials for it.

i started reading Social Engineering: the Art of human Hacking i am currently at chapter 3 ,does anyone got any idea were to go next after i finish it?
This is a fantastic book. I remember how much it taught me and how it pointed me in the direction of hacking. As a followup, I would reccomend This.
I agree, that is a great book. Finish that up then go to this book if you are more the reading type when it comes to learning.
