how can I stay as anonymous as humanly possible using tails what I was thinking was,
1.Buying laptop cash and the removing hard drive, mic, camera, and speakers
2.Going to a coffee shop
3.Using a tails cd to boot
How could I improve thanks for the feedback

I would suggest that you check out this article about masking your IP :)

Use Tor, proxies, VPNs, etc. BTW, some hackers visit coffee shops and can intercept traffic and do other LAN attacks. https://www.expressvpn.com/vpn-software/vpn-router ExpressVPN has routers that automatically forwards all traffic through a VPN.
