How to: Use Steganography Master to Hide Messages in Photos on Android

Steganography is the set of tools and techniques used to hide data in files. These can be images, audio files, video files.

Today I am going to show you how to use an app to encode and decode hidden messages in image files.
The application is called Steganography master and you can download it here for free :
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dinaga.photosecret

Step 1: Open Up Steganography Master

Once you have downloaded it, open the application. You should be greeted with a screen similar to this.

Step 2: Encode the Message

Click on the "Encode text" button. You should see something similar.

Click on "Gallery" and choose the image that you want to hide the data in.

Next write the message that you want to encode.

Click on "Review". Type the name of the file you want to save the image with the message as and if you want set a password. Finally, click "Encode" and your image will be created and saved.

Now you can send your friend messages through images on messenger, line or any messaging app of choice.

Step 3: Decode a Message

Open up Steganography master again and click "Decode".

Now select the image that you would like to decode the message from.

Next, click "Decode". Depending on whether the person who encoded the text set a password you would be prompted with a box asking you to enter the password to decode.

Click on OK and then click "Text". Now you will see the text that was hidden in the image!

You can save it or copy it if you need to!
