It will use the entire virtual disk, not the physical disk.

the one we set during the workstation installation??

Yes, it will use the entire virtual disk that you gave it at setup.

i selected 10gb while installing workstation.. now its saying that installation might fail.. should i just continue or created a new virtual disk?? if new disk the how to create a new one?? reply asap :)
