you miss Download folder

try this:
unzip Download/<your zip file> -d /var/www

does't work....and why i need to download folder?

you have first navigate to the folder where you downloaded your dvwa file, i guess its in default folder, so just use the following 2 commands and see if it works

cd Downloads
unzip DVWA-1.9.zip -d /var/www
