Any Tutorial for Redirect All Http/Https Request to Own Server?

I want to redirect all entire http or https request on network to my own fake website. So whatever people on network type URL like facebook.com, google.com or else using their laptops or smartphone, will be redirect to myfakewebsite.com. Is any tutorial for this?
