Anyone Know Good Escalation Privilege Exploit for Windows 10?

getsystem doesn't work and also this exploit which I used previous on windows 7 is not compatible with windows 10 (exploit/windows/local/ms10015kitrap0d), so asking if anyone has experience with use a privilege escalation exploit on windows 10?
