Bind Shell Failed to Reconnect to Victim's System( Please Help!!!)

Ok what i wanted to do it first to hack the victim's system next to upload there a file written in python run it and then i will be able to reconnect to the victim with shell now i have some photos to show you what i did:

step 1:hacking the victim's system

step 2: then i open ports in firewall let me show you:

as you can see i opened port 80 and 1568...

step 3: running the script in the victim's machine

step 4 : using the file written in python to reconnect to the system:
