Buying Online

Hey.. so I found this site which sells raspberry pi and components..

So I want to know that

1. Is this website a scam or legit sellers??
2. Can websites like these be scams??
3. Should I buy from them??

I say this because the prices are fairly very low... although the pi is same rate.. but like the heat sinks is jst 50 cents whereas on amazon its 20 bucks.. is that possible??
