Bypassing Instagram 2-Step Verification

I changed my password after logging in and after receiving the password reset link from the Instagram team when I tried to change the password but I had two-step verification.

I got a 2-step screenshot and sent it to the Instagram team, but they still sent me a link with two-step verification. Please help me

Is there another way to beat it?
