Can / How Do You Repair Black Pixels on a flatscreen tv

can / how do you repair black pixels on a flat screen tv I've tried a few methods including the color video and the towel trick but the towel only spread the dead pixels . Everytime I press the screen more of the pixels die id just like to know if there's any 100% solutions that can fix my tv before I have to pay to have it fixed
