How Can I Edit Content on a Website Using Sql Injection in kali

okay first this purely for educational purpose i just want to see if i can do it , i dont intend to hack anyone , i just wanted to know how to do it once i have access to the database ,what tables and columns do i have to get into to be able to edit the content or do i have to log in with admin privileges
