Hi.

I am about to buy a new notebook, because I will enter university in summer to study for a bachelor of science in economic computer science.

The new machine is supposed to run a dual boot of Kali linux and Windows 10 on 2 seperate disks.

I have the option of buying a notebook without OS, with an i5 5200U and 4 GB of Ram and 500GB HDD for 380Euro.

The other option would be the same, but with 8GB Ram and an Nvidia 930m and for 450 Euro.

Would the nvidia graphics chip be useful in combination with Kali?

I am not planning to use the notebook for gaming. I have a good gaming pc with a GTX970 for that.

Thanks in advance for your responses.
