How do I Install Cain and Abel While Having Full Restrictions on Me.

I'm trying to install Cain and Abel to a computer, however its default location is the Programs Folder. Which I simply don't have access to, unless i have local admin privileges. I can't open CMD. No virtual ware, and like a said before i have access to NOTHING. My hands are tied. Any info will help.
