Downloading a Hard Copy of a FB Profile.

I don't often post requests for help but after ratching about on Google I'm stuck. I would like to download the entire FB profile of someone with whom I am friends on FB. Their security settings are set in such a way that I can read all of their posts. It is only their public posts that interest me, and I have no interest in accessing anything that is not already public; I simply don't have the time to go through taking screen prints of each post. Any assistance would be most appreciated.
