delete the pyinstaller folder from /usr/share/
download pyinstaller from https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/releases/download/v3.1.1/PyInstaller-3.1.1.tar.gz
extract pyinstaller to /usr/share/ folder
rename PyInstaller-3.1.1 folder to pyinstaller
cd /usr/share/pyinstaller
python setup.py install
cd /usr/share/veil-evasion/config
python update.py
