Full Anonymous on University Wifi? Always Asking Me for My Unique Credentials?

My uni has free wifi, but in order to use it you must insert uni email and password, which are unique credentials uni gives us. I have them, but I don't want to leave traces of my access on router. How to stay fully anonymous?
