Hack a Specific Program

I Had a Program Installed on My Computer to Block the Internet,

Now I Am Trying to Uninstall It but It Asks for a Password to Uninstall.

the Problem Is the Person That Installed It Cannot Find the Password.

Can Someone Please Help Me. How Do I Hack It? How Can I Get the Hash for the Password? I Tried Deleting It but It Won't Delete.
