Hello,
I have a nearby wifi router which i have full control on for some time.
Now my question is that if that wifi is protected with password after sometime, then can i hack it easily by noting some important info from admin panel (eg. WPS pin). I can easily open its IP to open the admin console, but the problem is the ip changes randomly.

I would suggest another method witch is using the DDNS (dynamic dns)
option in the router after allowing wan access. This way even if the public ip changes you always have access to the admin panel. Although it's a bit dangerous to leave a router open to the outside its pretty useful to keep track of ip changes.
