Help Using This Program

i know maybe its the wrong place to ask how to use git hub program but i think this program may can be useful to me

i tried to edit thre php with my information but apparently it dont work

i also tried to put on my webserver (apache2) an to run it from kali shell but nothing happends

pls tell me how can i run this program
