So I'm not Much of a tech expert but I do know a little but I do have concern about something and maybe some of you can spread some light on the issue. So on my work computer i received on email in which I clicked on the link but it brought me to a "cannot display page" a minute later I realized IT department had sent an email not to fall for suspicious emails and they mentioned the same email i cliked on, my question is that is I possible I wasn't hacked? Like I didn't enter on info on the website in fact when I got there , it said "page cannot be displayed" I wasn't just paranoid because some people say that hackers can hinack your keyboards but like nothing's was downloaded or anything when clicked the link

The page could be a cookie hijacker. Cookie hijackers work in the same way.
