Kali Linux(Vbox) Doesn't Show Any Networks Using External Wifi Adapter(Ralink Tl-wn7200)

Hello guys,

i've got a Kali linux installed on my virtual box including extension pack in it

whenever i boot up kali

iwconfig, ifconfig nmcli shows wlan0 without any probleme

but whenever i try to airodump to simply viewing the access points available

i get "No networks found"

any solutions out there ?
