Kali Linux on Windows Tablet

Jul 3, 2016 12:54 PM

So I have a Nexus 7 2012 edition and Nexus 4 with Kali Linux Nethunter Installed on both of them. They are quite nifty but the problem is, I can't run programs like Odbg that require wine, or if i try to run multuple tasks at the same time.

I was wondering if I could get Kali Linux onto a Windows Tablet. So I did some research and it turns out that Kali does not support UEFI. Therefore I digged in a bit deeper. Then I cam across this: https://forums.kali.org/showthread.php?271-How-to-EFI-install-Kali-Linux

So yes, I can get Kali into booting via EFI. But here is a question that I could not get an answer: Will it operate? What I mean is that even if you can get the OS booted, what about the drivers? Will they work?
