Kali Network Monitor Mode Not Working

Hi, This is my first post in this Site and please move this post if this doesn't belong here.

So, I've set up my Kali in Oracle VM and since months I've had this problem. I can seem to turn on Monitor mode in my Network Adapter. I have Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn Wifi Adapter, linked to Kali in VM with a Bridged Adapter.

Kali shows my Wifi Adapter as eth0. When ever I try to turn on Monitor mode, lets say I start up Airmon-ng, this what I get.

ls: cannot access /sys/class/ieee80211/: No such file or directory

Found 3 processes that could cause trouble.
If airodump-ng, aireplay-ng or airtun-ng stops working after
a short period of time, you may want to kill (some of) them!

Or with this,

Please help and ask if anything else is needed to be done.
