Or should deepen first linux and networking? I have knowledge but not much depth. If so, what books you recommend?

Really any books on Linux fundamentals will cover what you need. I suggest setting up a VM or getting something like a Raspberry Pi to practice while you read.
CompTIA certification books.
A+, Network+, Linux+, et cetera.
They cover a lot of ground and are good to work through.
