Hi, I am quite new in Linux so hope im not too annoying...
I am running kali Linux on windows 10, in VirtualBox 6.0
ifconfig shows me :

did you set up your alfa adapter? as in, did you go to Devices --> Network --> Connect to Network Adapter and then --> USB --> Ralink 802.11n WLAN. ?? This is how i fixed my issue with my Alfa AWUS36NH. i know you have an AWUS36NHA but it should be similar.
When I do that says :" failed to attach the usb device ATHEROS UB91C to the virtual machine "
managed to bring the wlan0 and wlan1 up and running needed compat wireless :)
Now in virtualbox still cant see any wifi networks and cant connect the alfa Atheros to it....
